Marimo

It looks like a ball of moss, but it's actually an Algae.

Marimos only occur in a few places on Earth; to find them, you need to dive to the bottom of deep Lakes, where the flow of water keeps the balls perfectly round.

These amazing Plants can live for a hundred years, and symbolise good fortune in certain cultures.
